Fiserv Account Executive - (KM47274-1) in Kansas City Missouri United States
Responsible for the business relationships of an assigned portfolio of clients.
Ensures client satisfaction, retention, contract renewal, revenue maintenance and revenue enhancement through the relationships established with Client personnel.
Acts as liaison to various industry trade groups to maintain Company presence and image.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Under limited direction, cultivates relevant markets by developing and maintaining industry and product knowledge, understanding of customers’ needs and concerns, participating in appropriate trade organizations and their events, and continuously promoting a positive company image.
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations.
Under limited direction, meets or exceeds corporate goals regarding revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction.
Serves as information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding sales activity and ongoing operations.
Position requires Client Product Sales goals and Quota Management.
Performs other duties as required.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline is required.
(Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.)
Job Related Experience:
Five to ten years’ experience in banking, S&L;, customer service, or operations experience.
Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, and make effective recommendations regarding the use of funds, equipment, and people.
Has thorough understanding of the organization, work environment and process with a working knowledge of a discipline and strong technical skills required to complete assignments; might be required to train others in area of technical expertise.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of business and operations in the financial industry.
Must have general knowledge of Premier products.
Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills.
Skill in sales and negotiating techniques.
Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each.
Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver.
- Must be able to travel extensively; must maintain an excellent driving record; in most cases must be willing to fly.
