Position Description

We are seeking 4 Client Care Analyst Analysts for Alpharetta

The Finance Shared Services function includes over 200 associates in the US and India. It is part of the Accounting organization and provides company-wide invoicing, accounts receivable management, cash applications, procurement, accounts payable as well as change management and reporting.

These roles are a ground floor opportunity to improve client experience with billing related inquiries, and work as a liaison between client partners/account executives and the billing organization.

AS A MEMBER OF THIS TEAM YOU WILL:

  • Work directly with our clients, via phone and email, in resolving their issues and deliver quality service

  • Provide professional, prompt and white glove services to our most important clients

  • Work with client partner/account executives on billing related issues and expedite resolutions to help reduce their time spent on billing inquiries

  • Coordinate with multiple partners to resolve client issues. These stakeholders include billing, finance, accounting, collections, and cash application teams.

  • Maintain SLA provisions for billing inquiry response and resolution times

  • Facilitate & support credit approval, short pay and dispute resolution processes

  • Travel 10-20% possible

  • What we need from you?

  • 4 year Degree

  • 2+ years’ work experience

  • Contract interpretation, billing, and related process support & analytics work experience

  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint minimum)

  • Excellent personal, oral and written professional interpersonal skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment

IT WOULD BE FANTASTIC IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management

  • Customer service experience

  • SAP experience

  • ServiceNow experience
