ABOUT THE ROLE:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Implementation Projects by ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Achieves operational objectives by strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading the planning and the execution for Implementation projects
Provide to the Stakeholders the definitions of the project scope, goals and deliverables
Define the project tasks and resource requirements
Develop a full scale project plan
Track the project deliverables by using appropriate tools
Provide the direction and support to the project team
Assure the quality of the deliverables
Report project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage the project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Complete the project evaluations and the assessment of the results
Required to provide after-hours support on days of product implementations
High school diploma required
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, computer science and/or related field required or equivalent work experience may be substituted.
Outlook, Quickbase, Clarity, Sharepoint, MS Excel, WebEx, and Facets/Service Now experience desired
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Banking Operations Experience (Item Processing experience preferable)
1+ years of Project Management experience
TRAVEL REQUIRED: ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS, LESS THAN 10% ANNUALLY
