Fiserv Manager, PS Execution Services in Alpharetta, Georgia

Position Description

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Manage processes and team members responsible for operational efficiency. This hands-on role assists the Director of Execution Services in the development of business process and operational planning: identifying, analyzing, developing and directing business initiatives to achieve business objectives including but not limited to cost savings initiative, improving client experience, growing quality of service delivery, improving revenue opportunities, standardization of processes, general process improvement.

ACTIVITIES IN THIS ROLE MAY INCLUDE:

  • Design, Documentation and Training of Portfolio Management Procedures including the use of key tools Clarity, SharePoint, ServicePoint, eCRM, Data analysis

  • Coordinate and enforce a Portfolio Management Process

  • Lead Change Management through the PS Organization

  • Manage deployment and training of process improvement methodologies across COE

  • Manage related project plans including cross-functional, internal project management, contract resources.

  • Coordinate with teams across CUS or DIS with common objectives to demonstrate standard methodologies, tools, cost savings or efficiency to implement ‘best for Fiserv’ processes.

Coordinate, manage and mature business processes to ensure objectives are met and value is realized

  • Drive fast adoption and high utilization of change in order to sustain our position by enabling the workforce to drive necessary change at a speed that reduces change saturation and change collisions

  • Ensure Clarity, ServicePoint and SharePoint are utilized efficiently to support business management

  • Ensure gates and controls are validating processes are reducing risk to the organization

  • Coordinate and provide internal process training

  • Develop and present decision-making reports to management

  • Establish and manage organizational change management processes to assist the organization with the people side of projects or process change

  • Join data from several sources and Analyze data trends, errors, results to drive improvement

Strong change leadership skills including process management skills and organizational design and transformation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal communications, C-Level and group presentation skills.

  • Strong knowledge of software business and products and an in-depth knowledge of how technology can address customers’ needs.

  • Relationship-building qualities include highly adaptable, collaborative, people-oriented

A minimum of ten years of operational banking experience, service industry process improvement or software vendor

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics OR a minimum of 10 years of operational banking experience could be substituted

  • Prior oversight or measurement of Process compliance

  • Experienced level user of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, business analysis, project tracking, data analysis and reporting tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, Tableau, SharePoint, access, SQL

PREFERRED JOB RESPOSIBILITIES:

Experience managing direct-report teams, matrixed teams, or remote teams

EXPERIENCE IN ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN AND CHANGE LEADERSHIP

Experience or certification in producing rapid change or sustaining change consistency methodologies such as Agile or CMMI.

Six Sigma Green Belt or CBA certification with demonstrated experience in rolling out process improvement teams

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • 10 – 30 %
