What does a great Senior Teleconferencing Engineer do?
You will be responsible for overall leadership and service delivery management responsibilities associated with the user experience of clients using cutting edge AV equipment across a large number of conference rooms. Responsible for innovating to provide the best service and continue and to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Lead complex initiatives for organizational improvement frameworks
Provide, revise, and/or vet focused research for AV discipline.
Provide input and assistance preparing procurement statements, work or capability requirements
Provide input into budget process.
Work closely BUs to gather requirements, anticipate and manage future needs, manage expectations.
Leads and manages third-party vendor communication on behalf of the department
Manage relationships with audio visual vendors, contractors, and system integrators.
Lead and drive standardization of Audio Visual, Video Conferencing, meeting room management, and related solutions for all Fiserv sites.
Work with internal local AV resources at Fiserv sites.
Develops professional competencies, personal development and monitor optimization of all team members with various skills sets
Develop periodic reporting on KPIs associated with video conferencing and audio visual services.
Improve existing and create new processes of engaging the AV teams for all Fiserv.
Implement and maintain monitoring systems of the audio visual infrastructure.
Build an end-user portal for associates (FAQ, How-To, misc. documents, surveys, etc.).
Understand industry trends and new technologies in the collaboration space that enable employees to be more productive and collaborate more effectively and apply in our environment.

Basic qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience setting up, installing, operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment.
Expert knowledge of Industry and standards in AV systems design and integration
Direct experience with: Asure Sp7 Touch Panels; Crestron Audio and Video Hardware and Software; Extron; Polycom RealPresence Core; RMG Networks; and Shure.
Working knowledge of Skype for Business and experience integrating with Polycom.
Working knowledge of SIP, PRI/T1 and QOS
Ability to travel up to 10%

The Corporate Systems Telecom Engineering Team is responsible for end-to-end delivery of corporate solutions to internal customers, Working with Business Units, Network and other infrastructure services teams. The Telecom Engineering team manages infrastructure solutions that are technically sound, resilient to failure, operationally supportable, and meets the requirements of the business. The team is involved in architecture design, hands-on build-out and configuration and continuous improvements.
