We are looking to hire a tech-savvy Sourcer for our recruiting team at Fiserv. Our recruiters and Sourcers use state of the art tools (CRM, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning) to help identify top talent for our current and future openings.

As a Sourcer, you will partner and collaborate with Recruiters/Hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, implement creative and proactive sourcing strategies for critical job openings. You will use your recruitment marketing and social media skills to establish relationships with passive talent to develop pipelines and talent communities.

As a Sourcer you will...

  • Possess a real passion for hunting for that “purple squirrel” while you deliver incredible service to candidates and customers.

  • Directly impact our candidate experience and the quality of talent we hire by using your social recruiting skills to identify talent in the marketplace. We need a social savvy sourcer to support our hiring goals and share our culture, core values and job opportunities to others.

  • Engage in creative social sourcing activities to generate robust and diverse candidate slates and pipelines. You will also need a deep understanding of traditional candidate sourcing methods including Boolean search, name-generation, cold-calling, and database mining.

  • Review resumes and profiles for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and phone screen key prospects; advise the business on high potential talent.

  • Nurture relationships and to get them passionate about Fiserv career opportunities before submitting them to recruiters and hiring managers

  • Capture market and competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts, and document in a manner that makes it easy to share with key partners.

Basic qualification for consideration

  • 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Strong acumen in recruitment marketing and social media platforms

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and/or CRM tools

  • Progressive experience sourcing talent utilizing Boolean, cold calling, data mining, social networking and internet research tools to conduct name generation, identify target companies, etc.

  • Ability to source, network and attract passive talent and turn them into applicants
