Position Description

What does a great Client Support Representative do?

The Client Support Representative provides clients with technical support for the Cleartouch®product line. Client support includes training, system evaluation, quality assurance, documentation review, and client assistance to resolve their questions. This position is a phone support position and the primary client contact for Cleartouch® lending products.

As a Client Support Representative you can look forward too:

  • Handling all client calls and issues.

  • Researching and problem-solving to determine resolutions to reported problems.

  • Building and maintaining high-level client satisfaction that is measured via the annual survey.

  • Training new clients on the features and operation of Cleartouch applications enabling them to successfully use the product and achieve their business objectives.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a lending back ground (mortgage or general loan servicing)

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience

  • Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8AM – 5PM and (10AM – 7PM only when shift backup is needed)

  • Must be able to work from our Brookfield, WI location

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

  • College Degree

  • 3+ years’ experience with a lending back ground (mortgage or general loan servicing)

  • Experience working in a call center environment

  • Experience troubleshooting technical lending products
