Position Description

What does a phenomenal Salesforce Operations Management Specialist do?

  • You will work within Fiserv’s Corporate Legal department will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system operating within the Salesforce.com platform. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring the CLM system meets the day-to-day contracting needs of thousands of sales, marketing, account management and contracting professionals across the Fiserv organization.

  • You should possess a proven track record in technical administration and configuration management of contract management systems, preferably with the Apttus service or other services which operate within Salesforce.com.

  • You should also have experience in collaboratively working with users and business and technology leaders to understand functional requirements so that appropriate decisions and recommendations can be made in order to identify and implement modifications within the CLM system in order to meet stated business goals.

  • The ability to collaborate with contracting professionals to understand myriad processes and approval workflows is essential.

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Administers and configures the Apttus CLM system and perform testing to ensure changes will deliver the functionality that meets business requirements.

  • Assists with training and deployment of the CLM service across Fiserv business units.

  • Works with Apttus and Fiserv’s Enterprise Technology Group to maintain various interfaces to/from the CLM service.

  • Participates in testing and quality assurance activities with the user community when issues are reported and engage with other support staff when additional mentorship is required.

  • Understands improvements and changes in new releases, utilize standard methodologies for change activities and assist in communicating the changes to the user community.

  • Dedicatedly searches for ways to improve the CLM service and communicate standard methodologies to users and management.

  • Performs other support duties and assist with other technical projects on an as-needed basis.

  • Is personable and interact well with others.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • Associates degree or undergraduate certificates in computer science, information management or equivalent.

  • Meaningful experience configuring Quote-to-Cash or Contract Lifecycle Management services, preferably with Apttus and Salesforce.com.

  • Experience with business process charts, flowcharts, decision tables, use cases, test scenarios, test cases, test logs and issue logs.

  • Self-starter who can work effectively, both independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time.

  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PPT).
