Fiserv Training Specialist, Consultant in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Position Description

ARE YOU THE KIND OF PERSON WHO ENJOYS TRAINING CLIENTS ON NEW PRODUCTS?

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will train clients on the operation and use of the Source Capture Solution products. Prepare and run test decks that you will utilize during training sessions and to validate set-ups.

Application Knowledge: Gain proficiency with the Remote Capture Applications. Adhere to training standards and resent client training sessions via WebEx and on site. You will conduct conversion training and support. Have ability to build test decks and scan to craft data for training and test output to validate set-ups. Applications to be trained would include: Branch Capture, Merchant Capture, ATM Capture, Deposit Returns, Deposit Review, Report Viewer

  • 4-year college degree preferred; equivalent work experience such as 3-5 years’ experience instructing and/or training in the financial industry (preferably banking)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • Knowledge of SCS Remote Capture applications desirable

  • Shown communication skills as well as public presentation experience to address individuals and groups ranging from 2 to 30

  • Experience in MS applications

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment

  • Strong organizational and follow up skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to travel 30 – 40% percent of travel will vary
