Position Description

What does a great Service Executive do?

They ensure quality delivery and support of solutions and services to assigned clients. This position will focus on Output Solutions products for Prepaid and Large Direct Financial Institutions. This role dedicatedly manages and develops client relationships taking primary responsibility for the service and delivery experience. They will serve as the primary contact to lead matrix resources and activities within the Fiserv organization as it relates to client service and delivery. Deliver on the promise of One Fiserv, helping clients effectively navigate the many facets of Fiserv. The role will support client retention, increase loyalty and satisfaction, identify and mitigate risk in adherence with contractual agreements. The Service Executive will identify new opportunities and refer potential new upselling/cross-selling opportunities to the appropriate channels. This position allows a self-motivated individual to apply problem solving, project management and relationship management skills while gaining valuable working knowledge of Fiserv products and services in the financial market space.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 7+ years of related experience in applicable field.

  • Experience building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives both internally and externally with the client base.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise of business and operations in the financial services industry.

  • High School Diploma

  • ability to travel 50%

  • Deep understanding of processes, methods, and deliverables for field of specialization.

  • Ability to clearly and concisely SWOT issues and decision points.

  • Ability to be well organized and goal oriented, flexible, and the ability to learn and grow.

  • Strong aptitude with Microsoft Office including, Power Point, Word and Excel

Essential Job Responsibilities :

Decisions may have impact on related departments, resources, products and services across the business. Ensures resources and management teams are contributing and performing effectively.

  • Craft and executes service management programs/plans by demonstrating a deep, specialized knowledge of service management programs and processes. Responsible for maintaining Fiserv products or services to existing clients through the development and delivery of new strategies and processes

  • Utilizes business solutions and financial knowledge to execute industry competitive service management tactics, and makes compelling presentations of Fiserv solutions (across all Fiserv Business Units) to effectively persuade and frame client opportunities. Shares industry, solution and service management “standard methodologies”.

  • Strong analytical skills essential as is the ability to adapt and adjust to unusual issues/opportunities.
