Our Treasury Operations team seeks a high-energy professional with strong analytical and technical skills for a Treasury Operations, Senior Associate to support payments across a number of Fiserv business units.

This role can be located in Dublin, OH or Dallas, TX.

What will this Sr. Associate do? In this role, you will:

  • Perform daily reconciliation for bank accounts supporting payment processing platforms

  • Identify exceptions and course of resolution at both summary and transaction level in the various reconciliations

  • Reconcile system activity to bank activity daily for multiple bill payment platforms

  • Operate as Liaison for internal departments

  • Research and respond to exception inquiries and provide troubleshooting support as needed to various departments

  • Maintain reconciliation with no exceptions greater than 10 days that an active resolution plan is not already in place for

  • Assist team with gathering data from various systems and software

  • Prepare and submit various weekly and monthly reports for management

  • Suggest recommendations to improve and support business activities

  • Consider the customer and business impact in all decisions and be accountable for working to a defined plan, meeting commitments as scheduled, and achieving high customer satisfaction

  • Improve procedures and practices on an ongoing basis

  • Keep other team members and management fully informed of progress, emerging issues, corrective actions and appropriately escalate when the situation demands.

What do we need from you?

  • Ability to multi-task

  • 2 years Reconciliation experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Knowledge of PC and various software applications (Microsoft Office) and competent with developing project presentations, documentation, and communications to stakeholders

  • Enthusiasm for working with people and technology

  • Ability to develop cross functional relationships

  • High School Education or equivalent
