Position Description

About the Role:

Perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs and of the general business environment. Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities. Operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent judgment.

About our Business:

/ Treasury Operations is responsible for validating all money movement into and out of Fiserv owned operational accounts. We are a critical link between product, development, external clients and other internal operational groups./

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs data and business analysis to support organizational goals, objectives and needs and of Treasury Operations.

  • Assist functional teams with gathering data from various systems and software

  • Oversees and provides project support across all of Treasury Operations

  • Acts as a liaison to the various payments development organizations

  • Lead efforts to utilize Frontier for reconciliation.

  • Set standards and provide technical writing skills across MS Access and all systems created by Treasury Operations

  • Assist in the execution of a PMO function within Treasury Operations

  • Assist in executing the analysis strategy within Treasury Operations

  • Assist in the analysis of new business incorporated into Treasury Operations

  • Suggests recommendations for change in order to improve and support business activities.

  • Provide general guidance for junior analysts on the team

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of five years of business and data analysis experience

  • Must have demonstrated work experience in the electronic payments industry

  • Must have experience working with system files and can process map based on specifications

  • Must have experience leading and/or coordinating large scale projects within a payment systems environment

  • Must have knowledge of SQL server

  • Must have strong technical and business research skills

  • Experience with developing and implementing web-based utilities to supplement back-office tools

  • Project planning, project management and project execution experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Travel Required: // Light 10% or less

Work Environment:

  • General office environment

  • Stressful situations may occasionally occur
