About the Role : The Customer Solutions project manager is a critical role within the Electronic Payments division. The PM is given the opportunity to lead initiatives that directly contribute to the success of the largest revenue generating division within Fiserv. The exposure of this position is significant and reaches across a broad group of senior leaders. As a result it requires experienced communication and relationship skills. The scope of work is exciting and varied including technology and business initiatives. Project managers on this team are given the opportunity to further develop their project management expertise while learning how a financial services technology company and contact center operate.

The Electronic Payments Customer Solutions team is focused on providing consumer service for the products Fiserv offers to the financial services industry.

Essential Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring budgeted projects.
Partners with key business stakeholders to ensure successful start-up and completion of projects.
Assists managers in identifying appropriate resources to accomplish tasks and develops timelines to identify and track project milestones to ensure projects are completed within the established timelines and budget.
Facilitates strategic planning sessions with internal clients to determine the scope and objectives of each project and anticipates project hurdles as well as alternative solutions.
The projects that this position is responsible for, typically impact a team or a single functional area, are well defined in scope and are tactical in nature

Bachelor degree in Business or related field
5 years project management experience
Experience with Six Sigma methodology
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience managing large scale technical, software development and/or contact center projects
Knowledge of portfolio management
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Strong analytical skills
Excellent problem solving skills
High level of professionalism
- Project Management Professional, PMP
- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certification
