Responsibilities:

As a Technical Implementation professional you will be working with financial industry specialist to implement emerging technologies while improving business processing. More specifically, you will provide conversion support to banks and credit unions by creating mapping specifications for moving source data into DNA, creating stored procedures, and performing QA analysis to ensure that the data is accurate.

  • Consultant with and contribute to implementing DNA core banking software into leading credit union and banks with North America

  • Grow and learn from an experienced group of programming professionals with a variety of banking industry knowledge

  • Develop your database analysis, programming, and management skills

  • Utilize a unique blend of SQL programming and client consultation skills.

  • Be a part of a fast paced, ever changing environment, running multiple data programming projects for client implementation, merger, and online banking

  • Collaborate with team members in all areas of implementation – project management, application consultants, operations consultants, field technicians, etc.

  • Interview stakeholders, gather and analyze data, study data and business problems

  • Use SQL to code conversion objects moving data from source to DNA, prepare reports, and scrub data

  • Write and execute SQL code statements

  • Partner with clients to construct data elements to operate DNA

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity of Core Banking processes and Software

  • Familiarity with Oracle databases and experience with relational databases and programming

  • Ability to write and execute SQL code statements

  • Must be able to perform analysis of data

  • Strong communication including oral and presentation skills

  • Analyze and interpret data

  • Must be willing to work under deadlines and be detail oriented

  • Familiarity with Oracle databases and experience with relational databases and programming

  • Prior system conversion experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge and experience working with core banking

  • Ability to multitask and change direction in ever changing environment
