About the Role:

As a Client Sales Support Analyst you are responsible for providing strategic sales assistance to Client Partners and the Global Sales Organization in achieving stated sales quotas for overall Fiserv sales targets. This will include sales integration and coordination of internal resources for customers and provide input on overall strategy to win and close business. You will also coordinate and manage many cross-functional teams at Fiserv including Executive Management, Senior Managers, Product Managers and other efforts involved in coordinating various departments and individuals to work together as one team.

  • Essential Job Responsibilities*:

  • Work closely with Account Executives (AE), Sales Administration, Contract Administration, Finance and product experts for account processing core and ancillary products/services to help develop and implement client sales strategies.

  • Ensure coordination of information from all business units to ensure the successful completion of Pan-Fiserv renewal, migrations, new logo and large bundle engagements.

  • Assist in setting expectations, analyzing pertinent facts and knowing competitive pressures while considering Fiserv's required revenue to arrive at the most effective pricing/discount strategy.

  • Maintain high level, up-to-date knowledge and basic understanding of Fiserv product offerings as well as new product development offerings and pricing for both account processing core systems and other ancillary products/services.

  • Maintain up-to-date detailed descriptions of activities, opportunity status, next steps and appropriate notes pertaining to each sales opportunity for Fiserv.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with sales support, sales representative, account executive or related experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Must be able to travel within the US up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration or finance

  • Supervisory/Management experience

  • Proven leader with high level of initiative, organizational skills

  • In depth knowledge of core account process solution, ancillary products/services and overall understanding of financial industry

  • Excellent knowledge of Fiserv organization and the ability to negotiate through unfamiliar channels and perform timely follow up on critical issues

  • Possesses an in-depth knowledge of the organization and can articulate at a high level the market strengths of Fiserv, its philosophies and the competitive advantages within the marketplace.
