Fiserv Application Specialist, Senior - Call Reporting in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
About the Role:
The role of a Sr. Application Specialist within Credit Union Solutions of Fiserv is to coordinate/perform the implementation of new products and enhancements as assigned for installations, conversions and mergers of new and existing clients within Credit Unions. You will support the entire Wisdom financial suite of products which include Asset Liability Management, Investment Management, 5300 Call Report regulatory reporting, and back office accounting including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, and Check Reconciliation software modules.
Coordinate/perform the implementation and training of new software and modifications to existing software products for new and existing clients.
Assist with conversion activities for new clients and existing clients adding additional products and services.
Research product issues or problems, propose product changes, updates, and procedures.
Perform client and product support activities using various methods including phone support and remote desktop support tools.
Work in a challenging/complex environment and demonstrate good analytical ability.

Essential Job Responsibilities :
Provide training to the clients before, during and after installation/conversion, including instructing the client on the correct use of the application.
Provide consultation to the client before, during and after implementation, including the review of best practices required for the efficient and effective use of the application.
Ability to analyze and determine implementation requirements
Assist in analyzing client's existing systems and workflows.
Communicate progress and any potential or active issues to project team and manager for awareness and/or resolution.
Performs other duties as required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience accompanied with a High School Diploma/GED.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Credit Union application systems, and financial institution accounting including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets.5300 Call Report experience is highly recommended.
