About our Business: The Card Services business at Fiserv provides complete debit, credit, prepaid and ATM payment services to financial institutions as well as Accel®, a premier payments network. Our products, services and strategies allow our clients to maximize revenue, increase customer acquisition, improve retention, reduce expense, minimize risk and increase share of wallet.

About the Role:

You will assist management with long-term/short-term projects and development efforts, participate in or develop client information sessions, and recommend changes to risk management policies/procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and client-based requirements. You will be expected to recognize business problems and present well thought out solutions.

About our Business:

The Risk Office team is comprised of Risk Analysts/Certified Fraud Examiners working to create and implement leading edge technologies in the growing fight against card fraud. The analyst’s goal is to become a consultative extension of the bank/credit union while functioning as risk product subject matter experts.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct support of Fiserv clients’ card portfolio risk management programs (debit, credit, prepaid) from a risk consulting perspective.

  • Conducts data analysis from Falcon fraud monitoring systems and make proactive risk mitigation recommendations based on the analysis and in response to customer/client inquiries.

  • Participates in both long-term and short-term projects related to current and future risk management programs, ensuring clients’ estimated fraud loss basis points are being minimized and that rule performance is optimized

  • Assists management with process improvement efforts and recommend changes to risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and client-based requirements.

  • Supports corporate change initiatives as necessary

  • Analyzes and evaluates fraud system data integrity and makes recommendations for enhancements.

  • Creates both client-facing and internal reports to support analytic findings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • ACFE certification preferred

Job Related Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of risk management, card fraud, or financial services experience required

  • Risk management and/or card fraud experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Seated for long periods of time
