Position Description

What does a great Risk Assurance Analyst, Consultant do?

You will be responsible for planning and assisting in the leading of various internal and external audit entities and examination agencies in their reviews of information systems, processes and controls in operations. Provide support to ensure key controls remain compliant throughout the year and that remediation of known control gaps are designed effectively and implemented in a timely manner.

AS A RISK ASSURANCE ANALYST, CONSULTANT, YOU WILL:


  • Manage the facilitation of external and internal audit parties to perform audit of operational risks (SOC1, SOX, etc). Provide and organize resources and documentation required to achieve compliance and audit success.

  • Support Risk Assessments and analysis of results to assess risks and provide appropriate recommendations for corrective action.

  • Understand the business environment and basic risk management approaches applicable to the individual departments under review and Fiserv Card Services as a whole.

  • Respond to business inquiries and requests regarding adherence to controls.

  • Manage monthly deployment of documentation related to audits/assessments.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • .

  • Associates Degree or related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.

  • 2 years professional experience in Information Technology, Information Security, or risk mitigation.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • One or more professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, PCIP.

  • Experience with one of the following types of audits required: PCI-DSS, SOC1, SOC2, FFIEC.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Financial services and/or card payment industry experience.
