Fiserv Client Executive II- Output Solutions in Stafford, Texas

Position Description

This role can be located anywhere in the United States.

What does a successful Client Executive do in Output Solutions?

They provide the Statement Advantage product point of view on contract renewals and cross sales while presenting a One Fiserv engagement for shared clients with other business units within the company. They are responsible for meeting goals for revenue growth and revenue retention. They will work with a combination of our shared and largest clients to define and set strategic direction, renewal planning, and functions as a thought leader and strategic business partner with client.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or the print/mail industry

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience

  • High School Diploma

  • A working knowledge of banks and financial institutions

  • Ability to travel 40%+

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Strong customer advocacy skills with client satisfaction being the main focus

  • Good organizational and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and oral interpersonal skills -- the ability to communicate effectively (clear, concise and expertly) with all levels internally and within the Client organization

  • Experienced in reviewing, interpreting and implementing contracts and service agreements in the course of maintaining the relationship with the client

  • Financial acumen needed to analyze and present return on investment calculations for clients and to analyze and model client revenue/profitability for use in price negotiations and contract renewals

In this role, you will:

  • Successfully attain goals, namely business development, retention, and client satisfaction.

  • Develop strategies for client success.

  • Develop account plans for each of their assigned accounts annually.

  • Maintain pipeline, forecast, and retain satisfied clients.

  • Develop a keen understanding of assigned clients that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive position in the marketplace, industry trends, key strategic partner relationships, as well as key executives and decision makers, etc.

  • Build, improve and execute the long-term client relationships and communication at the C-level, with other key executives, key decision makers and influencers and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives within the client organization.

  • Build cooperation and collaboration with the Fiserv business units to realize revenue growth, client value and satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed stated financial targets.

  • Manage, measure and accurately forecast financial outcomes.

  • Analyze and keep abreast of significant market changes (trends, issues, M&A activity and corporate developments) that would be valuable information to the client and that mitigates and manages risk to Fiserv and the client.

  • Participate in client site visits as needed

  • Partner with the Manager of Service Management and the Fiserv Client Partner to facilitate renewals as contracts approach maturity.

  • Identify add-on sales opportunities to bundle into renewals

  • Drive sales of additional solutions and new features with existing clients.

  • Partner with Product Management/Product Marketing to drive special pricing incentives and help socialize to Clients.

  • Cultivate, secure, and dedicatedly maintain Client References.

  • Serve as point of contact for the Client Partner to engage on add-on opportunities.

  • Support client visits and client conferences as needed.

  • Provide solution expertise to help accelerate new client sales.
