Fiserv Client Solutions Consultant III in Warren, New Jersey
The Client Solutions Consultant will be responsible for all Unified Wealth Platform pre-sales, demand generation and proposal activities. The Client Solutions Consultant will team up with the Director of Business Solutions Strategy for developing a world class pre-sales, demo creation and RFP function that can be replicated and expanded across the Fiserv enterprise.
This role will be responsible for developing the process for delivering complete and robust responses to RFP, Analyst and Consultant requests across the Advice and Wealth platforms. The role will establish a standardized product demonstration process, leveraging existing technologies to enhance and accelerate the buyer decisioning process. The Client Solutions Consultant will support the pre-sales process to help expand the sales pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and provide cross-sell and new sales support.
The Client Solutions Consultant must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the ability to work across teams to build a prospect centric proposal that includes all elements of the pre-sales lifecycle. The Client Solutions Consultant will work with the Sales Organization at Investment Services to meet their needs in delivering focused solution demonstrations, proposal management and responses for prospects and leads.
The Client Solutions Consultant will have strong interpersonal, communication, technical and project management experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Support entire sales process for Fiserv-UWP solutions Ability to understand the business challenges and problems and position the most optimum solutions. Performs moderately complex Proof of Concepts and system demonstrations within tight deadlines. Good Consultative selling skills which includes building strong long terms client relationship Prepares technical documentation and compelling presentations. Technical ability to respond to RFI and RFP questionnaire. Researches industry chnages and provides a opportunity map for the sales team

Bachelor’s degree required
Job Related Experience:
•5 years progressive experience within the Financial Services Industry
•Technical expertise and product management experience
•Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills as well as heightened attention to detail
•Experience with Managed Accounts
•Knowledge of Security APL and Managed Account workflows
•Strong and logical problem solving skills
•Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while producing quality work and adhering to strict deadlines
•Proficient user of Microsoft Office with strong experience in advanced features of MS Word and Excel
•Willingness to work to meet deadlines.
•Excellent project management, organizational and customer service skills
•Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills; Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
•Familiarity with messaging middleware and/or Straight-Through-Processing (STP) products.

•Familiarity with business processes including financial planning, portfolio accounting, trading, performance and reconciliation
