Investment Services (IS) is a division of Fiserv, (NASD: FISV). Our Investment Services division makes it easy to invest and manage money. For over 30 years, we have served the wealth management industry by providing solutions that enable Banks, Brokerage firms, Money Managers and Financial Advisors to connect and manage investment portfolios and better serve their investors.

There are over 4 million investment portfolios and $1.3 trillion in assets managed on our unified wealth platform. The platform includes configurable modules for financial planning, proposal generation, model management, trading, reporting and analytics. Our Wealth Management Network seamlessly connects over 350 managers, broker dealers, banks and advisors to help them manage investments.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Fiserv’s Investment Services has technology solutions that support both the Wealth Management and the Institutional market segments. Investment Services is the market leader for the Managed Account business and has over 4.3M portfolios running on its platform.

The Professional Services Product Consultant, Senior formulates, gains alignment and executes on program approach, end state vision and roadmap for high level programs. This position is also responsible for building and fostering a high performance matrix team ensuring predictable, consistent and successful program by a high levels of collaboration with internal and external customer relationships. These client relationships require this candidate to act as an advocate for the client and will have an unwavering commitment to exceed performance results for the client and for Fiserv.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Builds and develops client relationships and seen as a single point of escalation during implementation to build referenceable clients.

  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with external clients, key internal stakeholders/customers across groups, and/or business units to maximize effectiveness and influence.

  • Aligns the sales proposal, client expectations, Legal (Contract), Finance (Billing), and scope to ensure the solution is effectively understood by all parties.

  • Ensures a holistic view by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes to support the transition from sales to delivery and from delivery to operational support.

  • Ensures predictable, consistent, and successful enterprise delivery by establishing joint agreement of the foundational Engagement Control components including establishing mechanisms to set and manage expectations and ensure ongoing control of the program:

  • Champions the Enterprise Solution Delivery (ESD) process and the effective utilization of best practices in the field through coaching and mentoring to ensure methodology and approach are consistently implemented across the business.

  • Gathers feedback on the delivery results; analyze feedback, identify and determine global implications and provides recommended improvements based on the insights into future enterprise solution delivery.

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years leading large-scale delivery implementations of development and integration.

  • 5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years of experience delivering large complex programs (portfolio of projects) with multiple project tracks.

  • 5 years of experience in custom software product development, systems integration, and/or software implementation services in a client facing environment

TRAVEL REQUIRED:

  • 30-50% to client sites and incremental internal meetings as needed.
